How long does registration take in Kazakhstan?
Usually between 9 to 12 months, depending on how complete the dossier is and how quickly the manufacturer can respond to regulatory queries.

Do we need to open a local office or representative entity?
No. We act as the official applicant and registration holder under our own license.

Is GMP inspection required?
If your site holds a valid EAEU GMP certificate, local inspection is not required. Otherwise, the Ministry of Health may initiate a site inspection.

Can you import unregistered medicines?
Yes. We are licensed to import unregistered products under special permits for hospitals and public institutions.

Who pays for product registration?
We typically cover the registration cost upfront. It is reimbursed with the first confirmed order.
